“Oh Yeah!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2013

They have excellent poutin with cheese curds with gravy and is so delicious that you will definitely forget everything else that's happening around you. We also had the pleasure of having their beer flights which is ideal if you want to taste a bunch of beers.
Me and my fiancee did announce that we were engaged and that was the first place we visited after, and the waitress was really nice to bring us a dessert on the house which was ravioli and basil ice cream. On the whole its an excellent restaurant and I love the way they treat customers.

“Progressive flavor combinations, sustainablity philosophy, in an urban-modern setting.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2013 via mobile

We loved a creative and delicious meal with great service. The meal was fantastic and it would be a place we would love to go back to for an evening cocktail even though they were a bit pricey but delicious. Colorado-local eats from start to finish!

“Nice atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2013

We liked it a lot. It was right next door to the Denver Hotel where we were staying. It had nice high ceilings and a pleasant atmosphere, and even though the place was full it wasn't noisy. Big windows. The food was good. I had the mussels and loved them.

“A Rare Treat”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2013

If you are willing to think outside the box when dining out, you won't find anywhere better than the Pullman! Unusual foods, unusual combinations, wonderful surroundings, great service, and relatively inexpensive to boot! Ranks as one of the best dining experiences we have had in years! If the Pullman were in our hometown we'd be eating there all the time! Simply delicious novel food ideas!

“Pleased with the Pullman”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2013

Our family enjoyed drinks and dinner here. First, we were at the bar and hubby and I really like this "Grand Cran" cocktail. We had some freshly made fries with this delicious cheese sauce for appetizers. Then, we moved to a table for dinner. There were burgers, steak salads, and salads with chicken. Everyone seemed to go on about how good their dinners were. I would highly recommend this place. It gets busy from the start right on to the finish, so get your reservation in as soon as possible.
