Warm hospitality and great well prepared food. Subtle differences between Nepalese and traditional Indian cuisine are really too fine to wax philosophical over. Certainly less fiery with spice, but still flavorful enough with seasoning. The primary reason my family loved eating at Nepal was the genuine friendliness of the family owners. Their courtesy and charm is a perfect compliment to the excellent food served. After only two visits to Nepal, my family and theirs may be friends for this life and the next. Namaste.
