I found Crossland Economy Studios through Rose Medical Center. On the flyer, the info they have given Rose says that this is a fully stocked kitchen (nope no pots or pans, one bowl, one dinner plate, two salad plates, two forks, a butterknife, a sorta steakknife and a spatula thats it),it states that there are seperate living, eating and sleeping quarters (again false the only room that is seperate is the bathroom otherwise its just a normal hotel room thats been falsely advertised). When we arrived the night of the 20th we were put in a room with only a shower and as I struggle with nausea and vomiting daily we needed a tub so we were moved to a room that hadn't been cleaned. After the second day with no one coming to do due diligence on their housekeeping I went out and bought cleaning products and scrubbed things myself. Our coffeepot doesn't work just leaks hot water all over the counter and your hands burning you, we have no working telephone as the two they supplied didn't work and they never tried again thereafter, even though this is suppose to be a studio type apartment we only have been supplied with a tiny mini fridge and absolutely NO, NONE, NADA customer service outside of glaring at me for daring to ask for something. So while I may be stuck here for this week due to my medical tests and already paying for this horrible dump due yourselves a favor and DO NOT stay here. And on a side note it is very noisy and strangers like to come up to you trying to sell you their food stamps and sob story. Be VERY careful and stay away from here.

I have, therefore, reviewed with each staff member the importance of being professional and courteous to every one of our guests, no matter the circumstances. Let me assure you that your experience is certainly not typical, and that we have put in place measures to ensure that the type of stay you had won't be repeated.
