Starbucks is always just average at this point no matter where I go. I have been disappointed in them for a long time especially with getting only 3/4 of a drink in most items I order, the exceptions being iced drinks (make sure you ask for light ice though), teas, and for some reason skinny vanilla latte's (why I have no idea). I have complained numerous times after ordering other drinks (i.e. white mocha) and the responses I've received always ended with the phrase we will be working with our staff to make sure they are making your drinks properly (paraphrased). Also on the advice of one person responding to my complaint I ordered a white mocha, with no foam, no whip AND no foam light whip (on separate occasions) and still received 3/4 of a drink. This has gone on (at least with me for over a year) so either they are not actually following up with the stores, or the stores are making the drinks exactly the way starbucks headquarters wants them to, which is to say screwing the consumer $5 at a time.
