On the last night of a family trip to Frisco, CO, we had dinner at the Blue Spruce Inn. In our group, we ordered steak diane, beef tips, roast duckling, prime rib, and a filet. The food was very well prepared and the portions were generous. The side dishes were out of the ordinary, too. The ceasar salad dressing was fabulous... freshly made at the restaurant. The service was attentive without being overbearing. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We were in Breckenridge last week and went to Frisco to eat
several times. Our favorite meal was at the Blue Spruce Inn.
We were there during "mud season" and a lot of the restaurants
are running two for one specials. This turned out to be a great
deal for us. I had the salmon oscar and my husband had the
scallops-both were just delicious. They both included a baked
potato and caesar salad. The entire meal was great, service
and atmosphere wonderful. I would highly recommend this
restaurant if you are in the Breckenridge-Frisco area.

We were looking for a casual, local place to grab a beer and a burger - we stopped someone on the street who turned out to be a local. She recomended the Blue Spruce. It turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. We ate in the bar rather than the restaurant, which was a little more lively. We liked it so much that we went there again a few days later. This was a Friday night so it was a good bit louder in the bar area. I would definitely go there again.

I eaten at the Blue Spruce for a number of years. However, I think in the past couple of years the food has dropped a couple of notches. The service is great. I orderd Veal Picatta which was always great, now this dish is veal served in hunks like stew meat.
Most popular item on the menu is salmon.
