Ive eaten here many many times now as our company uses the hotel next door which is excellent and we get a good deal at the sporting news grill. To be fair this is a review of the restaurant at breakfast time. The bar staff are prompt and good.
Ive reviewed this place before and im really sorry to say that the service hasnt improved, if anythings its got worse !!!. They are soooooooooooooooo slow ! its painfull. i waited 1.5 hrs for a blueberry parfait at breakfast, my colleague did the same only to get a frozen strawberry one..... they never remember cutlery, they get orders mixed up even when not busy, they forget orders, they dont bring coffee. OMG the list goes on....................its just painfull especially when you are working and just want a prompt and quality breakfast. It seems like theres one guy cooking everything which is why it comes out so slowly, often cold.
A couple behind me one morning waited so long (almost two hrs) and then when theirs came out it was the wrong order ! they asked for take out boxes straight away, if it wasnt so frustrating it would be funny !!
The bad thing is that all the staff are really pleasant but just on another planet. I honestly wanted this place to be better but its like the faulty towers of Colorado. For example the "low carb omlette" turned up with a load of potatoes and toast ! lol . They ran out of orange juice half way through the week and then ran out of apple juice lol ! why dont they go to the shops !
I know pot smoking is legal in this state but they seriously need to wait untill after breakfast .......

Thank you for your time in writing this review of the restaurant. Thank you for the compliment of the bar staff. We have a re-defined menu that better reflects our standard menu options and our healthy-choice options. Our restaurant staff is working closely with their manager to maintain best practices on a daily-basis and work in a fast paced environment. Thanks again for your comments.
