“Remember the past”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

Good area to refresh our memories on how people were living in the late 1800 ' s, early 1900 ' s. Frisco did a good job moving all these old houses in the same spot.

“Frisco Does A Great Job Telling Its Story”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

My wife and I took a guided walking tour of the historic structures of Frisco that was pretty enlightening (the only downside was that several locals on the tour has to correct the guide several times, but it was still informative and interesting). Frisco has done a great job holding onto remnants of its past as a mining town and displaying them in the museum and the park. A true window into the Western mining world of that era.

“Family friendly historic village”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2014

Had some downtime one afternoon while visiting Frisco & took a bunch of kids here to walk around. There were many buildings in a centralized location, easy to walk around. You can spend alot of time listening to the audio and reading signs as well as viewing the exhibits or you can briefly peruse the buildings based on how much time you have. Thought it was very well done and pleasantly surprised. The video that is in the chapel is a nice concise presentation and runs about 20 min's if you have the time. Our kids enjoyed it alot. The main building/office has a cute train exhibit and "scavenger hunt" and a "passport" program for the kids to stamp as they visit each building.

“historic gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 10, 2014

We had a great - and educational- time at the museum park going through all the historic buildings....each with their own themes beautifully displayed. The attention to detail was very impressive.
