We reserved 4 rooms, ranging from the studio to a 2 bedroom, for 7 nights, CSU graduation. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Check in was quick and friendly. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The two bedroom suite gave each couple lots of privacy from one another, each had it's own bathroom, TV, view of the mountains, and queen bed. The living area had a large gas fireplace, sleeper sofa and large TV. A suggestion to the hotel is there could be another lounge chair or sofa in the living area, if 6 people were occupying the 2 bedroom, there were only 3 seats in the living area. Well equipped kitchen, we did some cooking for the graduation party and found plenty of bowls, pans, etc. Breakfast each morning was very good, all buffet syle and good selections. We had a flat tire during our stay, and John, from the front desk asked Chris from their staff to change the flat tire! That service was well beyond any other hotel service we've found! We enjoyed Linda from the front desk, she was extremely helpful and friendly, overall every staff member went beyond their duties to make us feel welcome! Judy our maid did a wonderful job, as the rooms and entire hotel was immaculate! Another suggestion is they should expand their courtyard/grilling area to include a larger patio, more tables and chairs and sunnier areas. Great place, will definitely stay again.
