Hotel is in the heart of Fort Collins, directly across the street from Colorado State University. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, and clean room appeared to have been recently renovated. Continental breakfast included good selection of items - cereals, fruit, yogurt, waffles, hard cooked eggs, packaged pastries, and coffee/tea/juice. Rooms were a little noisy and very slow internet is available via cable (no wireless). Good value in the central part of town for families, students, or short stays. Less well suited to business travelers working at night or for long stays.
