We were sorely disappointed with this Mexican restaurant.
It's conveniently located in old town Ft. Collins.
If it wasn't for the great service, we wouldn't have stayed.
The food is overcooked, we ordered an appetizer to check the quality. The nachos we ordered were not served as requested so they replaced them with another that just had cheese. The cheese on these nachos was practically plastered on from over melting. Also, this is a Texas style restaurant, so every dish is served with black beans and no refried beans. We personally don't like black beans, so this was our first and major turn off.
Also, the environment invites a more "Americanized" hip style of Mexican dining. There is a bar directly behind the hostess station when you first enter for those who enjoy that type of experience. For us, we have no desire to return.
