If you like your pizza with a savory crust and a choice of sauces, Cozzola's is a great choice. Consistently fresh, with plentiful toppings, Cozzola's is the favorite pizza stop for many Fort Collins locals, and it's inexpensive, too.
I just ordered a medium pizza (feeds 4) with herb crust, basil sauce (this stuff is to die for) mushroom, pepperoni and sausage. The whole thing cost me $12. It's great reheated, too, if you don't finish it off right at first. You can also order an unbaked pizza at a discount.
Cozzolas has been in business for years in Fort Collins. The service is fast and friendly, and they often display the work of local artisans in their downdown store. Cozzolas and La Collina (a newer estaablishment over on Olive St.) are the only two places with pizza that is consistently good, in my opinion.
