I'm a Japanese and it puzzles me that Suehiro is rated the best Sushi restaurant in town. If you want a good Shishi, go to Nimo's. (I'm not related or anything.) They know what Sushi is, while Suehiro's is American Sushi at best. They don't know how to make Sushi rice taste right. Menu is full of American version inventions, not the authentic real Sushi. Fish does not have the most fresh taste. Suehiro's always crowded, and its noisy college-party like atmosphere bothers me, too. It's not a place for a real Sushi or a fine dining experience for sure.
