This restaurant opened at this location in May of 2012. The community has embraced it as it is crowded and busy.
We visited on a weekday at roughly lunchtime.
One goes through the line and places their order (like you would do at a Subway restaurant) so there really aren't any servers. When you are finished eating, you bus your own service items over to the trash bin.
Start with the type of tortilla you want. These are made fresh right in front of you.
Next, move to the meat you want, the greens you want and the toppings. Everything is fresh and prepared as you watch and move down the serving line.
the potions are very generous and hot food is hot, cold food cold.
I had a taco salad and it was really more than I should have eaten, but it was so tasty that I finished it anyway! if you wish to take home the leftovers, the deep dish aluminum pie plate style plate/bowl has a tight fitting cover.
Desserts are also served, but no one had room.
The restaurant is open and decorated with bright Mexican style plates and tinware.
Bathrooms are clean and spacious. No bar.
They cater and are open until 11PM. See website posted above for more
