“Rude, Pretentious, and Uncaring”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2012

We reserved our table, and then proceeded to walk around town while we waiting for our call to be notified that our table was ready.

While I loved the decor, the atmosphere, and the allure of excellent wine and cheese pairings, my group was treated EXTREMELY rude by our server. We felt as if we weren't "good enough to be there", and that the staff could care less about our business.

Honestly, one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. No one from my group will be returning, and I hope the management takes the time and effort to create educational opportunities for staff to be more professional in their care for patrons.

“A unique, fun place.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2012

This isn’t exactly a restaurant, but you can eat and drink your fill if your wallet is thick enough. They are primarily a cheese shop that specializes in fancy cheeses from the U.S. and around the world. You can sit down at the tables either inside or outside on the sidewalk and sample the cheeses. But they also have olives, salami, baguettes, wine, beer, etc. The cheese samples are $2 for anything they have in stock. They also have wine by the bottle, glass, or flight. The flights consist of 3 half glasses for $14 - $16. Every one of the cheeses we had was very good, as were the wine flights. Of course we could not resist the salami, olives, and baguettes served with olive oil and balsamic. This adds up quickly and I paid about $100 for the 3 of us - a very expensive lunch. Nevertheless, we all had a great time. The servers were great and very knowledgeable about the cheeses, etc. Finally, they don’t have any hot food, and no, they don’t serve Welsh Rarebit, but told us they were planning to have it eventually. Despite the cost, I highly recommend this place for a unique experience in Fort Collins.
