Description: The time has finally arrived for beer and food lovers alike to rejoice! Gravity 1020, a Modern Tavern inside The Fort Collins Brewery is bringing an innovative, hand-crafted, and modern approach to comfort food classics. In the spirit of The Fort Collins Brewery and their philosophy of creating only the most distinctive and finely crafted beer, Gravity 1020 extends the same ideals of innovativeness and creativity to a plate of food. Gravity 1020’s kitchen is specifically designed to cook to order. We do not have a walk-in freezer, steam table or microwaves, ensuring that not a single bit of food is made until it is ordered. This means higher quality and better tasting ingredients served on your plate, poured in your glass and raised in your neighborhood. Although Gravity 1020 is located inside a brewery, beer is not the only libation we serve. We understand our guests have a variety of preferences and are pleased to offer a comprehensive wine list and full bar to accommodate a wide range of tastes. Whether it’s a crisp Colorado Riesling, one of our infused vodka martinis, or a growler of beer to-go, we have what your thirsty for. Gravity 1020, a Modern Tavern and The Fort Collins Brewery aspires to be the magnet that pulls people together in celebration of local pride and sense of community. We at Gravity 1020 can’t wait to pour you a pint and serve you a taste of Colorado!

“Good food, good beer”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this small space adjacent to the Fort Collins Brewery. Besides the featured FC beer, the selection of food is somewhat limited but is several notches above the typical pub grub often served at similar breweries.

“Nice Atmosphere - Decent Food - Ok Beer”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2013

Stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon. Modern looking ambience, ok beers and pretty good food. Had a flight of four beers but I don’t remember the price. They have a nice patio if that’s your thing.

“Friendly Atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2013

This restaurant/tavern is located in the Fort Collins Brewery. As one of the newer restaurants in town, its modern design, friendly atmosphere and interesting menu make this a fine place for family and friends to have a good time. The shared plates, sandwiches, soups & greens and seafood all have distinctive ingredients that make familiar dishes something special. The brewery’s own beers on tap are included in the drink list. Our waitress really seemed to enjoy her work - something that makes customers feel welcome. For lunch, my wife had the Speakeasy roasted turkey sandwich and I had the Beef Cheddar sandwich, each with a generous side of grits. Everything was delicious. Beside the parking lot, there is a bicycle rack with metal beer bottle sculptures Dinner is available until 9 Tuesday - Thursday and until 10 on Friday & Saturday.

“Good food on the patio”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013 via mobile

Stopped in for a late lunch. It was the first time we have been there.

The were busy as it was father's day but you can call ahead and make reservations.

We shared the carnitas nachos which were very good and just the right size for two to share. We then shared the turkey sandwich, which the divided for us. It wad very good and we liked the fries.

The patio is nice and the service was great. We both felt the prices were a little high for what it was and compared to other restaurants in the area.

We would probably go back.

“Good Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

Although they don't offer brewery tours, the food was very good and imaginative. I liked the outdoor patio and the restaurant was only a few blocks away from the Odell Brewery.
