First I was not sure about this Days Inn, but I was tired and looking for a good deal in this Southeast part of metro Denver, after a bad experience the same evening with the B.W. P. in Arapahoe Blvd. I call the front desk, and ask for he rate advertise on the website, the young man that answer the phone said that he will honor the rate. I went and book the room for 3 nights for less money that others in the area.
Days Inn turned into a good surprise. The room was better that I expected, The room was no very large, but was clean and well furnished, with two queen beds, a small micro, fridge, and safe box, in the room!! a 42' flat TV, and the A/C worked right. Also there is a small "living room" with sofa/bed and chairs. No problems with noise or anything. The place is not new, but is well kept. The two females and one male on the front were helpful all the time, young people.
The breakfast area is small with traditional continental items, bread, jellies, pastries etc. also they have a tiny store in case you need toothpaste and don't want to run to the market.
The hotel is close to some good restaurants, and the exit to I-25 is less than a mile,
Park Meadow Mall is close by and the Light Rail station if you don't want to drive to downtown Denver, the fare is $ 4.00 one way (expensive I think) but go faster that the road specially on rush hours.
Over all , I can honestly recommend this hotel, for location, and other conveniences, to any traveler, if you don't mind the 20 minutes drive to downtown Denver.
Probably East side rooms are better, since the West side face the highway, but I don't know abou...
