“Don't Bother Looking for the Lost Cajun”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 4, 2013

A new place in a strip mall in where other restaurants have failed. If you like eating your meal out of plastic baskets, this might be right up your alley. Most everything we had was deep fried and rather ordinary. The $17., all you can eat catfish was thin strips of catfish and plenty of batter. The chicken and sausage jambalaya was tasty, but dry and not nearly as good as the nearby Main Street Grill. Sampler is a nice idea and whets the appetite. But the morsels shared seemed to be quite ordinary.

I am quite surprised by so many 5 star ratings. Food was so so, atmosphere was weak (Mardi Gras beads, photos of New Orleans).

It was the consensus of the group of four of us that we "been there, done that" and won't be back.

“Amazing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2013

My father and I stopped here after going to Aspen for a business trip. The food was amazing. The first thing they did when we arrived was gave us a sample platter, which was amazing. The service was great everyone was super nice and helpful. If your coming through Edwards Colorado do stop off at Lost Cujan. You will not be disappointed

“Great seafood and great service and fun atmosphere in Edwards”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2013 via mobile

Visited today to try the shrimp platter. Oh my lord! It was so good tasty authentic louisiana food. Very nice staff. Great decor from New Orleans. Can be tricky to find. But once you do you will be glad you did. Very nice to find such a great restaurant in Edwards. Well run. Can not ask for more. Only wish they had locations on front range. Thank you for bringing this restaurant from Louisiana to Colorado.

“Yum!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2013

Tried this place for dinner on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. Love that they bring out a gratis sampler platter so you can taste everything to decide what you want to eat. I had the bowl of Lobster & Shrimp Bisque. Hubbie had the Craw Fish Etoufee. Both came with buttered french bread and the Etoufee came with cole slaw or potato salad. We split an order of beignets (3 of them) for dessert. Everything we had was delicious. Cute place with a fun atmosphere & nice staff. Food came pretty quick too. Will definitely go back for the to get the red beans and rice with sausage next time as it too tasted great when we sampled.

“Big Easy Flavors in Edwards a great surprise!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2013

Love the concept and the food quality was excellent! Would only change the rice to real rice not converted. Wish we could have stayed for Beignets. Must try after a cold day on the slopes!
