A new place in a strip mall in where other restaurants have failed. If you like eating your meal out of plastic baskets, this might be right up your alley. Most everything we had was deep fried and rather ordinary. The $17., all you can eat catfish was thin strips of catfish and plenty of batter. The chicken and sausage jambalaya was tasty, but dry and not nearly as good as the nearby Main Street Grill. Sampler is a nice idea and whets the appetite. But the morsels shared seemed to be quite ordinary.
I am quite surprised by so many 5 star ratings. Food was so so, atmosphere was weak (Mardi Gras beads, photos of New Orleans).
It was the consensus of the group of four of us that we "been there, done that" and won't be back.
