This property is at the edge of town, but a short 2 minute drive into the historical section of the town as well as the train station for the Durango/Silverton trip. The location itself was quiet, but the room was a little on the noisy side. We had a second floor room and we could hear the guests above us walking around their room early in the morning. We did manage to get a decent sleep, but if you're a light sleeper I would suggest requesting their top floor rooms. The service in the hotel was very good and we enjoyed talking to Bob who greeted guests in the breakfast area and provided us tips on local attractions. Overall, I would stay here again, but next time I'll ask for a room on the top floor.
