These condominiums are a great value for families wanting a cheaper alternative to a hotel. There is a pool and hot tub. The property is close to downtown.
The units are not brand new or luxury, but were in good condition with all the amenities you would expect.

We arrived in Durango on a weekday afternoon in September and found all the motels in Durango and Cortez full. We only wanted to stay for one night. One hotel recommended we try Ferringway Condos so we checked them out. For the same price as a typical motel room ($135) we stayed in an extremely comfortable, fully furnished condo with a kitchen. They are one of the few condos I've seen that rents their units out on a nightly basis. If you're headed to the Durango area, check with them first!
