After a long day at Mesa Verde my Sweetheart and I needed nothing more than quick calories and cold brews. We found them here, in a busy place with plenty to offer. My Sweetheart got the Reuben sandwich with a side of green beans and the Third Eye P. A. I ordered the Conductor, and we each liked what we got. The heart of the operation is the brewery and the menu shows their pride in what they do: not just a wide variety with clever names, but also alcohol by volume, bitterness rating, and Standard Reference Method (that is, how dark the beer is).
