“OK in Durango”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2012

This is an below average budget hotel. The hotel is old. The room was large. No coffee in the room. Old small analog tv with 60+ channels.

Minimal breakfast. Pastries, hot cereal, oj, milk, and coffee.

The wi-fi was slow.

The service staff was very nice.

We are disappointed you didn't enjoy your stay. We are an older hotel but we try to provide clean comfortable rooms at a reasonable rate. We are doing upgrades as we can and hope you will come try us again if you return to Durango.

“nice place to stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2012

the room was very nice- very clean, with a microwave, fridge, 40 tv channels, chair and desk, free wifi, good breakfast.
it's on a noisy highway, but all the motels in town are!! it was quiet though by running the fan at night.

the rate was good- i'd highly recommend this motel.

“OK, but that's all.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2012

This is definitely a motel. Clean enough, and the best thing going for it is the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk people. The room was adequate, but not much else. Hotels in Durango are expensive, though, so this is what I got through Priceline. I'm used to getting Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inns for the same that this one cost, so I was a little disappointed. Bed was pretty hard. Just a double in a smallish room. Everything was very motel-y, and nothing was even leaning toward high end. Strictly utilitarian. Free wifi worked well. I was given an extra pillow when I asked. Coffee and muffins were fine with me! Just don't expect a lot of creature comforts. It was just my mother and me for one night.

“What else do you need?”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2012

I spend the night here when I was doing a budge trip through the South West. This place was a bit dirty, but the staff was very nice. This gave the basic needs, a pillow and a shower. The price was a bit steep for such low accommodations.

“Friendly”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2012 via mobile

Ended up here unexpectedly due to another lodging really messing up our reservations. I was combining business with family and my parents were pushed beyond their limits and exhausted when we arrived with dog. The Desk Clerk couldn't have been kinder, he went out of his way to accommodate us. The hotel isn't fancy, but it was clean, with decent beds and good working AC and Wifi. All the staff we met were friendly and pleasant.
