“Jeep Heaven”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2013

Little did we know that there would be so many great jeeping trails in this area! Turns out to be Mecca for Jeep enthusiasts! The trails are well maintained and after purchasing a book on the trail ratings we were all set!!! Breathtaking views, we need to spend more time here next year!!

“Gems Everywhere!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2013

San Juan Skyway. Treasure Falls. Chimney Rock. Miss these things. Miss out. We were there on a day when the clouds came down and took the land back up to heaven. They rolled off the ridges and smoked across the buttes. The forest is old growth and beautiful. Worth taking longer to discover. Like most of the rest of your life.

“Beautiful”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2013

We saw the San Juan Forest both by car and train. Both ways it is very enjoyable and beautiful. Following the Animas River through the rugged canyons, towering pine trees and rustling aspens was a memorable part of our vacation in Colorado.

Awsome vistas, cold clear waters and a fun train to ride. There are lots of different activities for the whole family to enjoy.
