I wish I could rate this place higher.
The beer and food were the standard choices that one would expect in an Irish pub in America: Guinness, Murphys, various potato styles with rashers, etc. The inside of the pub is beautiful. Adorned with dark wood, dark tables, some old photos, it's a style I would like for my own den (if I ever had a den).
However, having dined and imbibed on two separate visits, I can only call the service ho-hum and unenthusiastic. Waitresses were not quick, they did not come back and check to see how the food was, they weren't particularly welcoming from the get-go. Granted, others may have had superior service from different servers, but it doesn't seem that the serving team has sufficient depth to make a truly positive and memorable dining experience.
