“I love this town.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2012

Have been going to Durango since our son Eric attended college there, He loved it too and settled there so we often visit and bring guests. The town is awesome. Everyone is friendly and there are so many nice shops and places to eat, love to walk from one end to the other. The historical society building is wonderful and we have attneded events there too, We go to mass at St.Columba's which has to be the friendliest church in the world.
All in all downtown is a true Americana experience that all should enjoy.

“Downtown DURANGO”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2012

Wonderful place to walk and shop. Like the unique shops and historical, pictureques view. Most shop even have treats for pets or water bowls sitting outside. Very pet friendly town. Loved seeing the people walking the streets in old fashion costumes.

“Adorable tourist town”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2012

Durango is a great jumping off point for the entire region. Downtown is quite "touristy" but there are some very nice shops. Parking isn't easy but manageable.

I really liked the restaurants and breweries. Locals were friendly, and shop owners happy to see us.

“Lots of fun restaurants within a short walk”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2012

We arrived on Sunday and I was afraid that everything would close early. No need to worry, we had a great time.
