Negative is there was no bathroom fan

This place is Absolutely Horrible!! The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! They actually ended up charging our credit card 3 times, so we ended up paying $530 for a ONE Night Stay!! It is STILL not credited from our bank account and this was 4 days ago - we have been trying to talk to a Manager and/or District Manager for 4 days now as well - no return call, they will not provide us with a name and number - it's horrible! They also had changed the rate on us - from $98 per night TO $130 per night!! The woman at the front desk wouldn't even look at us when we were complaining, she wouldn't give us her name. She told us if we were unhappy we could leave. They didn't even try to accomodate us - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! This place is also a dump, it's worth it to pay more and stay somewhere nicer!! Also, when we checked in she said we were gettting a Smoking room, when we had reserved a NON-Smoking room!! I told her we reserved a non-smoking room, then she said ok - we will put you in one! I am not racist by any means - but if someone works the front desk - and they are TRAINING another person - they need to be able to speak English and understand the customers!! It should not take an hour to check in - rediculous!!! And, it's a holiday weekend (President's Day) and they are training a woman at the front desk and there is NO MANAGER ON DUTY?? CRAZY!!! Still waiting for a call from a Manager or District Manager if you happen to read this - which I hope you do!!!!
