We stayed there two nights feb 2013. Good location on lake Dillion and easy to find. Clean,friendly and even has a decent breakfast included. It's away from the i70 noise and right across the street from a great dining place the Arapaho . Close to all of the ski areas. I hate to give this review because if the word goes to far it might be booked next time I go!!

Very friendly staff. Allowed us to check in early, which was nice after a day of skiing with the kids. The room was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Spacious room, mini fridge, nice deck, quiet setting and view of Lake Dillon. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was perfect. Many healthy and non-healthy options. We'll definitely stay here again. GREAT value for the money.

We stayed here for a 4 day ski trip which included one day at Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, and Copper mountain. You can't beat the location. The view of Lake Dillon is great. The rooms are clean and adequate. They were able to give us late checkout so we could spend our last morning on the mountain. The only complaint would be that the walls are a little thin, but since most people are there to ski and get to bed early this wasn't a real issue. The free breakfast is excellent. Since my last stay the rooms have been upgraded to include modern white bedding with duvets, and new beds. Very comfortable.
