Sunday brunch at Table Six is a real treat. This restaurant is indeed one of my favorite spots in Denver, and with menu changing with the seasons, there is always something new and delicious to try. (If you happen to go there for dinner, the fried chicken is awesome! I know, right? Fried chicken at a nice restaurant? Get it. You won't be sorry) The atmosphere is wonderful, as is the food. I got the "Haute Pocket", which is a light, flakey pastry filled with eggs, gruyere, and bacon, served with some fried potatoes. Although the menu does change and I haven't had anything there I didn't like, if I were to go back, I would definitely get this again.
I will say, that the service was mediocrity at best. I understand that when a restaurant is packed, it can spread the waitstaff a little thin, but the service last Sunday stretched the limits of my understanding. That said, the food was good enough that I won't let the (hopefully anomalous) poor service dissuade me from going again.
Oh! Make sure to try the lamb bacon! If you like bacon, and who doesn't, its definitely worth checking out.
