This hotel is changing ownership to a Hilton, thus the place is in chaos with remodeling and system changes.

The room was small, but the bed was great. It was quiet and the granite countertops make for a classy room. Flat screen tv is always a plus.

The indoor pool was great; but no hot tub.

The lobby was under renovation, so guests had to enter through a unlit back door to get to the makeshift desk. Slow elevators.

The front desk was not helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and attractions. We were given a runaround regarding reserving a room in a block of rooms. First the system could not find the allotted rooms. We called back later and were told that we had to reserve a month in advance for the blocked rooms. Getting on the same floor as the rest of our group was not a possibility.

No continental breakfast is available. I asked if they served complimentary coffee and was given a coffee packet for our room's coffee maker.

If it wasn't for the comfy bed, I wouldn't recommend.

We arrived on a Thursday evening and checked out on Sunday. From what I understand, the hotel has cheaper rates on the weekends. Like a previous reviewer said, the breakfast buffet is not free -- we paid $14 per person for it the first day and then went to one of the Whole Foods for morning snacks on the following days. They offer complimentary coffee and Tazo tea in the lobby. The parking is free. The room we stayed in was nice, it had two double beds and lots of pillows. I have no complaints about the hotel.

Our Room, which was a corner suite was excellent! Clean and very spacious with fridge, microwave, desk, cordless phone, 2 x AC units and 2 x large LCD TV’s. Well worth the cash and would recommend. We had room services for our evening meal and was greeted with some very good and well presented food (very large portions too)!

My only problems were that the hotel was undergoing renovation and I did not know this at time of booking and reservations is by small desk at rear (no real problem though) And the other is that the smoking room I booked for my parents was not available and they had to have a non-smoking.

The location is fine and accessible from the interstate with ease, however you are in the middle of the tech business district and you will just find hotels and offices within several blocks.

If you need a good place to stay whilst on business or on way to DIA this hotel makes senses for the cash, good rooms, good food and it has pool / fitness if reqd. Accessible rooms available and w/chair users will be fine!

PS - Rating above average based on our corner suite, would have given nuteral/average probably if having standard room.

Overall the hotel was very nice, especially since we got a deal on the room. My only complaint is that the pool was freezing. We specifically chose a hotel with an indoor pool so that we could take our son swimming. After coaxing him into the pool his teeth were chattering less than 10 minutes later and we had to head up to the room and take a hot bath to get rid of the chill.
