I have stayed at many hotels around the Denver International Airport and most of them are ok, however this one stood out as being much better than the rest. The rooms are pretty much standard and for the price they are actually a very good deal compared to the prices you may pay at near by hotels. Most hotels around the area are quite busy and frankly do not care about personal care much to begin with. The comfort Inn however showed exceptional service and personal care. I was very impressed with their concern for each guest. They must have changed their standards since most of the other reviewers seemed to have a not so decent stay. Compared to all the other hotels in the area thier breakfast offered a large selection of food. Also, the rooms sizes seemed much larger than the other hotels near the airport. I dont see how some reviewers thought the rooms were small because they were much roomier than that of other hotels. I did see a lot of cars in the parking lot, however it didnt seem like it would creat much of a problem. As far as cleanliness is concerned, I found my room to be completely dirt free! The sheets were very clean and crisp, they seemed to be almost brand new. The bathrooms were clean and were like standard bathrooms. I enjoyed the television stations they had, it was pretty much the standard line up for most hotels. A great plus was the free wireless internet that they had. It was rather fast and it never dropped once, and on top of that it was totally free! I havent ever seen another hotel offer it for free! The service was also great. All the people were very friendly and helpful, they were very busy but still managed to help me with all my needs. Overall I had a great experince at the comfort Inn and would definitely stay there again.

Based on the other reviews, I was disappointed with this one. We had been traveling for 2 weeks, but this was probably the worst hotel. It was not clean. The sheets were either dirty or stained. When I went to the front desk to ask for 2 clean sheets (each of the beds had one dirty sheet), we were treated skeptically and they didn't even want to give us clean sheets. They certainly didn't send someone to put them on, and wouldn't replace a dirty pillowcase, that clearly had makeup smeared on it. While we were replacing the sheets, we noted that the old sheets we were covering, were short sheeted, and didn't cover the bottom 3 inches of the beds! I think their cleaning people are blind: they don't see dirt, and can't even cover the mattresses with sheet! Dirty hallways, smelly elevator.

Skimpiest continental breakfast ever. We were told when we booked that they had pancakes and waffles. It was an outright lie. They pretended a language barrier when asked about it. My husband kept breaking knives (they were bowed they were so cheap) on the soft cream cheese. Breakfast contained oatmeal, coffee, juice, apples, bagels, toast and cereal. The bagel was stale enough it gave my daughter a belly ache.

The bathroom was tiny but it did have a separate sink outside the bathroom.

We were told only dogs were allowed in the hotel, and that we would be given a pet free room. From the rodent on the check out desk when we left (hampster or gerbil or something), again lies to get you to stay there.

We would never stay here again. Parking was maxed out, with people all over the lawns. Obviously they let you park here and leave your car when you fly out of the airport. We couldn't get very close to any door. These people have obviously not upkept this hotel. They run a hotel into the ground, trying to make the most money, and don't fix broken things, let alone upgrade. It left a very bad taste in our mouth. There was even a $3 utilities charge! This of course was not mentioned when we reserved our room, but there was a sign up the next day when we left that this is their "standard" procedure. Beware of extra charges, they don't include in their price.

We stayed here one night in September 2005. I wasn't really impressed for the money we paid. It was old and outdated, though the outside was newer. The people at the desk were nice but it was hard to understand their accent. The room was on the 3rd floor at the end of a long hallway, and they had told us we could park around back. Well we parked around back and the door on the side of the building said "Please use front enterance". That made us a little mad. The smell in the hallways was of cigarette smoke and airfreshner. It was so strong, I was coughing. The room was average and the cable stations were fuzzy! I would probably not stay here again. There were nicer hotels in the area that I would've picked had I not made my reservation over the internet.

We arrived at DIA tired after a long flight from the UK, but the shuttle came quickly, and the helpful driver whisked us off to the Comfort Inn where we found our room to be large, clean and pleasant. The breakfast was fine, and the staff were filling up any items that were empty. The pool looked inviting, but we had to leave, and the helpful driver was chatty and informative. If we fly into Denver again, we hope this hotel would still be the same. A family restaurant and useful store are nearby.

We have stayed serveral times at the DIA Comfort Inn and have been more than pleased with the service and courtesy of the staff. It is not a penthouse but is a very comfortable and resonably priced place to stay.
The shuttle service is a plus and the breakfast is typical of most of the hotels we have stayed in. We will be staying there again in the near future.
