The check in went smooth but the guy at the front desk was not very nice. When we got to the room it was so hot, I tried to fiddle with the air but nothing worked. I called down to the desk and they stated that the air conditioning was not working and that we would need to change rooms (why didn't they just put us in a room that had air in the first place?). After lugging all our stuff to the new room we decided to go down to the pool.
The pool is the size of a large hot tub. If you have children this is not the place to take them. My 10 year old did not swim due to the amount of people (too many) in the pool. Then the time came to sleep. The matress is about 5 inches thick. Really...the pillows go flat in about a minute. We called 3 times for additional pillows, after about 45 minutes we got them.
I would say that if you are exhausted and need a place to stay for a few hours that is close to the airport, you should be fine. If you have children and plan to stay a couple of days try the Marriott hotel.
On a positive note, the breakfast buffett was good and the shuttle driver (female) was so nice and helpful.
