The hotel is attractive. The rooms are unusually large. The swimming pool is beautiful.

However, we had a problem with service. I rented two rooms (one for my daughter). We are all allergic to feathers and there were feather pillows. I went to the desk and asked a woman for foam. She said she'd send them. 35 minutes later they had not arrived and I returned to the desk. The woman was still there, along with a man. This time I asked the man if I could have foam pillows. The woman turned to the man and asked, "Do we have foam pillows?' in a tone suggesting that she didn't think they did. He said that they did and would send them to us. When they didn't arrive I went to the desk and asked the man again. He said they'd bring them. When they still didn't arrive, I asked a worker I spied in the hallway. He brought us some in about 5 minutes. We were tired and couldn't get to sleep until we had faom pillows.

We ate across the street at Ruby Tuesday. A horrendous thunderstorm hit. We saw the La Quinta van pull up and pick up some people. So when we were done eating I called the hotel and asked whether the van could pick us up too. The person became very indignant and made it known that she considered my request ridiculous. I said that I would not have called but for the fact that the La Quinta van picked some other people up. She denied that that had ever happened. We ran back through the rain. My wife fell on her face going down a small hill and bruised hereself and got very wet on the grass.

On business, I needed a moderately-priced hotel near DIA so I could catch an early flight. This one had the best rates among the hotels on "Tower Road". Fast, friendly check-in. Exceptionally clean room. Trouble-free wi-fi. Bedtime cookies and milk in the lobby. Good breakfast, with the option of make-your-own waffles.

Special note: when booking, I reserved the ADA-accessible room by mistake. Turns out this room is much larger than the normal room, plus it includes a very comfy la-z-boy style chair. I'm not suggesting you get this room unless you need it, but having this room made my stay that much more comfortable.

There are 5 or 6 hotels located in this business center about 10 to 15 minutes from the Denver Airport. La Quinta had the best rate of the 4 that we priced at 95.00 per night plus tax. The property is very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The property has a complimentry breakfast that included waffles and omelets,plus the usual sweet rolls and cereal. The hotel also has 24 hour shuttle service to Denver Airport which is also complimentry. The property also has an indoor pool and hot tub which I enjoyed. The rooms come with free internet, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Ruby Tuesday's restaurant is next door with a great salad bar. Perfect place to stay for an early flight. We noticed several of the airlines use this hotel for their pilots and flight attendants.

Reasonably-priced, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast included. Indoor pool is open 24 hours. And unlike many airport hotels, this one isn't isolated -- close to many stores and restaurants. A good deal.
