We booked our room within hours of arriving, in order to flee a blizzard in the high country. After a long, harrowing drive over the mountain pass, we arrived at 11:00 p.m. to find a beautiful room with separate sitting area, huge kingsize bed, and best of all, complimentary cocktails in the mini-fridge and great snacks in a basket on the table. Also complimentary was the breakfast, with real eggs, granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, and great coffee. Ahhhhh - let the vacation begin!

Stayed at this hotel because of the convenience to the Denver airport. Stayed one night.

Had a reservation through Orbitz and the desk clerk tried to charge me for the room, although I had a receipt showing that I paid Orbitz. Another desk clerk, discreetly steered her away from that. I checked my bank account when I returned home, I wasn't charged by the hotel.

The room was really nice, a bit small for wheelchair users (which I am), restroom was roomy and everything was accessible, no roll in shower. It was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants and service stations.

I've been here in room 224 for four nights on business. I have to say there are a lot of little annoying things about this room and hotel.
1) the exercise room is actually an alcove off of the breakfast area -- so no exercise for me in the morning (also no TV)
2)There are lots of pigeons making all kinds of racket -- making it hard to sleep at night
3) The toilets flush with such power that you will know everytime anyone on either side of you uses the facilities

On the good side it does have free internet and a good complementary breakfast.

Stayed overnight before flying out the next morning. Reasonable staff, good room. Good Breakfast.
