After spending the weekend with a friend, I needed to spend a night in a hotel close to the Denver airport to catch an early AM flight. I didn't make prior arrangements and I just walked in a few that were outrageously priced. I was pleasantly suprised when I pulled up to the Comfort suites. They had one room left and it was priced right. I mentioned I was a travel agent and the front desk rep immediately gave me a $20 discount even though they had just the one room left. I wish she would have let me know at the time of booking that it was a wheelchair accessible room but it wouldn't have changed my decision to stay there. I settled into my room and was very pleased. Spacious room, tastefully decorated. For a ground floor room next to a busy roadway it was very quiet. Computer and printer available to print boarding passes and check email. Courteous staff. I did find a child's shoe at the end of the bed just almost under the bed. Other than that the room was clean. There is a nice diner next to the property but I ordered pizza instead. Shuttle to the airport was free and WAY efficient. I love how they didn't dilly dally and wait for late guests. They were super stern about if you are late, they won't wait. Only thing is I wish I could have made use of the free breakfast but my flight was too early.
I'd stay again if ever in the area.
