“I was not happy”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 days ago NEW via mobile

First they were doing remodeling in the room next to mine drilling and stuff so I asked to move rooms yes they were very willing with no questions asked to move me then when I got to the other room my daughter was playing and found a crack pipe in the coffee maker she's 5yrs old. So I asked for a refund and I have to wait 5to7 days for it and they also took a 78$ for incidentals when there was none. Not happy the only thing I can say was great was the breakfast and pool.

Few things right off the bat- checking in was fast and smooth! Room cleanliness was a plus except for the dirty fork found in our room upon check-in.
No, I didn't notify management as it was just a dirty fork but housekeeping should have seen it.
We went to the pool area and find the spa/hot tub to be as cool as a baby's bottle...
Off the mark as far as a relaxing leisure full evening tonight. Pool is a shared outdoor/indoor style so the lower temps completely understandable for it but not so much for the hot tub.
Don't expect to use the emergency call box in the pool area either- it's been ripped out and stands only the advert if an emergency call button.
We are here for multiple nights so maybe the weekday crew will bring it back up to expectations we had of the previous property.

We recently stayed here for a week on a trip to Denver and were truly pleased. We had an early morning flight, and arrived too early to check in. But, Julia at the reception desk was wonderful and went out of her way to get us into a room. We wanted to pick up a few items for the fridge and asked where the nearest grocery store was. Julia not only gave us directions, but printed them up for us as well!

The hotel is in the process of being remodeled, but it didn’t interfere with our stay in any way. We had a newly renovated room and it was great! The bed was comfortable with new bed covers and lots of pillows. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker all came in handy. We’ve stayed in larger rooms, but there was enough space for our luggage. The bathroom is pretty standard, but there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Although our room faced the freeway, we slept well and heard no traffic noise at night. There is free wifi and plenty of outlets for laptops, tablets, cell phones, etc. There is a pool and whirlpool, but we didn't get a chance to check those out.

The free breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items – scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, waffles, bagels, toast, cream cheese, bakery, instant oatmeal, cold cereal, juices, coffee. It was enough of a variety to change it around every day. It was up and running on time, if not earlier, every day, and there was always someone staffing the breakfast area and making sure items were replenished. There is also a free supper with complimentary cocktails at night! We only took advantage of the supper one evening but it included chicken tenders, hot dogs, mac and cheese, baked potatoes, soup and a salad.

It’s nicely located, with about a 20 minute drive to the airport and not that far from Denver attractions. We also took side trips to Boulder, Golden and Blackhawk and those were very doable day trips. It’s a great value, a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.

This place was clean, and yes it needs a little re-decoration but for the price its was great!
We were stuck in Denver after our flight was cancelled, and had an early flight the next day.
Thats all we needed, warm, and clean place to sleep for a few hours...

Would recommend this place if you are stuck in Denver and dont want to pay $180 at other hotels for a few hours of sleep.
They are located less than 5 mins away from the airport!

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! I have stayed in some very scary Rodeway Inns, so we were pleasantly surprised to find this one when we needed a last-minute hotel near the airport in a big snowstorm. It was quiet, comfortable, and nicer than expected. We did not have any trouble with the heater/air conditioner like we usually do in hotels for this price. It worked well and quietly. The complimentary breakfast is substantial, for the rate we paid, and we will definitely plan to stay there again. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The location is easy to find and conveniently right off I-70 on the way out to the airport. I believe they do have a park and ride option, but we did not take advantage of that this trip. It is located in what might be considered an industrial area, but we had no problems with noise or traffic the night we stayed.

Pros: super soft beds
No noise for the highway right next to us
Comp breakfast- 5 to 9:30 well we left at 9:300 and it was still up
Plenty of outlets- the lamps all had built in 3 pronged plugs so we were able to charge our cells and laptops
Random places deliver to your room - we managed to get sushi delivered to our room!!!

Cons: our bathroom light would turn itself off for 60 secs every now and again
Pool closed at 10:30 fire marshal thing -.-
No bacon at breakfast :/- but it's still a free breakfast

Had to spend the night for a last minute trip. Got there the front clerk was very pleasant and answered all of my sleep deprived questions.
Got to our room and flopped on the beds super soft!!! Now I had booked a king sized for 2 but the clerk explained that the website was having people book kings when they were fully booked on kings.
Okay that sucks but they gave us a double room instead at the price I booked online.
The beds were huge!!! Could have easily put 4 people in that room 1 couple per bed, perfect for cuddling ;)
But we got to our room and ordered food. We said that they could call us and we would go to the lobby for them. Food came 30 minutes earlier than they posted (Awsome!!!) And they were at our door.
Ate watched some TV and just collapsed. Wish I had stolen the pillows!!! So soft. Plus if we had looked out of our window we would have seen a 24 hr Dennys and a Mcdonald within a block from the hotel. Best place for a last minute book!!!!!!

If you're looking for a place to stay close to the airport, not too far off the highway and are on a budget, this is the place! Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was well put together with a lot of options (a plus for all those hungry husbands out there)! The only thing that was missing was a toilet paper holder/roller/thingy. There were a lot of people staying there that night (snow storm in Denver) and we didn't hear a peep from anybody.
