The rooms were very clean.
The continental breakfast was standard fare: packaged muffins, cereals, bagels, rolls, juices, coffee, fruit, yogurt, etc., anything you'd need. Everything was fresh.
The staff was very friendly.
The location was convenient, off of 25, south of 70, exit at Park Ave. It is easy to get back on 25 north or south. On north 25, the very next exit is the airport, which made it convenient for catching our early flight. On south 25, one of the next exits is Colfax, which going east leads downtown as well. Federal Blvd has many gas stations, restaurants (try Jack N Grill), and car washes. The location gave easy access for a drive downtown. I wouldn't recommend walking to downtown after dark. The route would not be well lit, and after dark, there were many vagrants on the route (near downtown, but not near the hotel itself). It is next to a railyard and the freeway, but the noise wasn't bothersome; the freeway noise was more prominent than the railyard.
The TV, iron, ironing board, remotes, alarm clocks, shower, etc. were all functioning properly and in good repair.
A restaurant that serves breakfast is next to the hotel and open until 3 p.m. A Starbucks and small shopping area is going up next to the hotel. There is also a gas station with a McDonald's Express in it next to the hotel.
Overall, this was a great value.
