We stayed 2 nights in this dump. Our non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes in the bathroom. The shower had black hairs on the soap holder, shower curtain was dirty. Shower head was so clogged of mildew that the water hardly sprayed out. The toilet didn't flush half the time.

The floor had not been vacuumed, there was lent and threads from clothes all over the floors by the walls and around one of the beds. One bed was really high off the ground with a very hard mattress. The other bed sunk down to the floor when you sat on the end of it and was uneven. Pillows were as thin as a piece of paper.

Electrical wires hanging out from underneath the curtains, which dragged all along the floor with the wires sticking out like they had been cut, luckily it didn't cause a fire. Behind the TV there were wires coming out of the wall, which were caked with dust, not the mention the TV as well.

Stains all over the window, fingerprint smears. The a/c was not working. We requested maid service and never got it. We only saw one housekeeper the entire time we were there.

A huge group of kids were playing around laundry room and in hallways, pushing the elevator buttons and running away, knocking on guests doors. Management did nothing about it. Elevators finally broke down and management didn't even tell anyone or put up any signs. They were still broken the next morning.

A line of angry guests were at front desk and the only girl working behind the desk was too busy talking to a friend on the phone. We asked for more towels and they said they didn't have any clean ones.

Besides the motel being disgusting, the parking lot and surroundings were gross and the whole part of town that we were in was nasty and felt unsafe. Not near restaurants or any kind of entertainment or shopping. Just an old gas station with a run down Quiznos/Pizza hut down the street. Down and across the highway is a pricey buffet that is not worth the $10/person they charge, a Payless and Ross store, that is about it.

Will never stay here or in this part of Denver ever again.

Old, a little dirty, but convenient and cheap.

We saw this hotel from I-270 and decided to give it a try. We first checked the room before we decided. The hotel is a little dirty, compared to more expensive hotels. The rear elevator sounds a little scary but always worked. We went to the room and found it had a kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Believe it or not, it didn't smell like smoke either. The room in general was clean as were the linens. We decided to take the room for two nights. As others stated, they do long-term stays and have quite few "regulars" around. Generally, everyone we ran into was friendly and non-scary. The girls at the desk were always helpful and nice. The other staff were equally nice and helpful. The pool was crystal clear and my son and I enjoyed it both days, it was the most appreciated feature for my 11 year old son. We enjoyed the breakfast, although it did close early one day. My daughter and I just stepped over the rope as there was still food there.
It is only about 12 miles from Denver International Airport and cost less than $60 a night, very cheap for the vicinity.
We would probably stay again, but there are definitely better choices near by, just not near as cheap.

  • Liked — Price, location near airport, kitchenette

O.K. we booked a cheap room on Hotels.com We did not know that they had No Restaurant! No Bar!, Closed (Green) Pool. No Internet and the T.V's are so old you can not get a good picture. So that was the good
part of our stay.

Add in the fact that they must house Homeless People who were lurking
and begging in the hallways and we felt very unsafe.Oh and then dont forget the knock on our door at 1:00 a.m. from somebody asking if we were looking to "score some drugs".

My god why is this place open for business. If you have kids kepp them far away from this place. OH its also rignt near a truck stop and porn shop.

Did I mention that our room was filthy when we checked in.

What a rip off this is, I am surprised they have not been shut down by the health department

This place is unsafe. There are wierdos hanging around the parking lot and in the hallways at night. There is no pool except for a hole in the ground with green water. The room I stayed in said non-smoking but it smelled awful like cigarette smoke. The free breakfast gets cut off early and the employees can't speak English. Right down the street from the XXX video store too. I think if you have a tattoo you get a $5 discount and if your whole family does and you bring your dog (we saw four different dogs in the hotel) you get a free night!

Gosh, I wondered if I stayed at the same place after reading these reviews. Yes, it was not a modern, up to date hotel, but my room was clean and kept clean daily, staff was nice and I liked having the kitchenette to fix food. The pool was great every day I used it (I was a little sad that the whirlpool was closed), but the breakfast was certainly above average, and I had no complaints. I was also able to use the exercise room anytime I wanted, and if the PC's were in use in the media room, there were extra outlets so I could plug in my own PC. I would like to have had internet access in my room, and for the AC to work in the workout room, but other than that, get real folks! It was only $39 a day!!!!! A great bargain for the price, and it is centrally located within 20 minutes to everything in Denver!!!

I'll be back!!!

  • Liked — Cost! Location!
  • Disliked — No internet access in room; no AC in workout room
  • Tips/Secrets: — Great for price, but if you are used to staying at higher end hotels, you will be disappointed.
