We stayed 2 nights in this dump. Our non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes in the bathroom. The shower had black hairs on the soap holder, shower curtain was dirty. Shower head was so clogged of mildew that the water hardly sprayed out. The toilet didn't flush half the time.
The floor had not been vacuumed, there was lent and threads from clothes all over the floors by the walls and around one of the beds. One bed was really high off the ground with a very hard mattress. The other bed sunk down to the floor when you sat on the end of it and was uneven. Pillows were as thin as a piece of paper.
Electrical wires hanging out from underneath the curtains, which dragged all along the floor with the wires sticking out like they had been cut, luckily it didn't cause a fire. Behind the TV there were wires coming out of the wall, which were caked with dust, not the mention the TV as well.
Stains all over the window, fingerprint smears. The a/c was not working. We requested maid service and never got it. We only saw one housekeeper the entire time we were there.
A huge group of kids were playing around laundry room and in hallways, pushing the elevator buttons and running away, knocking on guests doors. Management did nothing about it. Elevators finally broke down and management didn't even tell anyone or put up any signs. They were still broken the next morning.
A line of angry guests were at front desk and the only girl working behind the desk was too busy talking to a friend on the phone. We asked for more towels and they said they didn't have any clean ones.
Besides the motel being disgusting, the parking lot and surroundings were gross and the whole part of town that we were in was nasty and felt unsafe. Not near restaurants or any kind of entertainment or shopping. Just an old gas station with a run down Quiznos/Pizza hut down the street. Down and across the highway is a pricey buffet that is not worth the $10/person they charge, a Payless and Ross store, that is about it.
Will never stay here or in this part of Denver ever again.
