Don't stay at this hotel, no matter how good the deal. We booked through Orbitz and thought about backing out when they wouldn't consider our request for a non-smoking room, but we didn't want to pay Orbitz' $25 cancellation fee. I think Orbitz should have paid US to stay there.

Problems: Unfriendly young woman at the desk. Air conditioning, computer, and ice machines not working. Asked twice to have our room made up, but it didn't happen. Killed a cockroach. It's hard to drive to-- it's located where 2 freeways intersect, and during rush hour, you take your life in your hands driving to this hotel. It doesn't appear to be on Quebec St.

To be fair: It was quiet (I think everyone was a little stunned.). It had a pool and the breakfast was pretty good, if you got there early and could find a plate and coffee cup.

I need to help the innocent people out there that are thinking of getting a cheap hotel. Go with the well know hotels because Studio suites of Denver was a joke from the beginning. From the dirty appearance to the rude staff to the unconcerned managers/owners. This hotel ruined our vacation and the children would rather go somewhere else next time (if there is a next time) What little we could salvage from our vacation was a great but it did not make up for the memories of the first part of our trip. Denver is wonderful even in 100 degree weather.

Horrible!!! This is the worst hotel I have ever been in (albeit for only 1 hour before we cancelled the reservation with a full refund and left). The neighborhood is trashy and a good indication of what's inside. The floor was filthy and not vacuumed. The 'furniture' was old, beat up, and stained.

Finally, my 1 year old son found a small portion of a used drug needle on the floor. A drug needle! After that we searched the room only to find a cigarette package and lots of other garbage behind things. Needless to say the cancellation went smoothly after that discovery.

Avoid this horrible location at all costs!!

I booked when it was Days Inn.
Now it is under different ownership...grounds are unkept,hallways dark,pool cloudy, alot of the people live there...most were friendly but some were boistrous and trying to jump out the windows!!
