This hotel is a good value for what it costs, which is not exactly 4 stars. The rooms are a decent size with a full fridge and range top stove. The front desk staff are friendly. However, the so-called included breakfast wound up being a $3 continental breakfast I would have been embarrassed to charge for if I were hotel management (we passed). The walls are really thin, which normally wouldn't be a huge problem except we were on the same floor as some high school field trip that decided to stay up all hours of the night walking into each other's rooms (slamming the door each time). We finally complained about them and the situation was fixed, but it shouldn't have gotten that way in the first place.
Overall, it is a middle of the road hotel with a decent location outside of the city.

Good-sized room with fridge & stove top, good price, good location, but everything else was disappointing. Upon arrival, we saw that the on-site restaurant was closed indefinitely, with no explanation. We were told that continental breakfast would be served at the restaurant the next morning, but that was totally false information. In the room, the bed was hard & lumpy, the toilet seat was loose, the sink drain stopped up, the heating system extremely noisy, and the walls were paper-thin, allowing us to hear the neighbor's tv viewing at all hours. Poor lighting for reading, too. Upon complaining to the manager the next morning, all we were told was "sorry". Very close to Stapleton shopping areas, both north and south of I-70, with good restaurants, theaters, etc. Do yourself a favor, stay at the Comfort Inn right across the street for just slightly more money!

It has several good points to start off with. Great location for people traveling by plane. It's maybe 15 minutes from the airport which is nice after a long flight to pop over and be able to rest quickly. I think it actually took longer to ride the shuttle from the airport to the car rental place. There is also a large shopping center nearby with a Walmart in case you need to pick up a few things. They even have souveniers at Walmart cheap. Anyhow, the first room I got was horrible. Smelled of Marijuana, none of the beds were made and there was a large clump of curly hair in the toilet and blood in the sink. It looked like a crime scene. I went to tell the desk clerk and she was very nice and put me into a new room without question. All the staff I spoke with at the hotel were very knowledgeable and courteus. My second room was fine. It had everything I needed and a little range and fridge which would have made longer stays more bearable. Despite being close to the freeway (could see it from my room) it was very quiet and peaceful. Complimentry breakfast was more than adequate. After my first day out I returned to my room and the bed was not made, but the bathroom had been cleaned and all the towels, soap, toothpaste, and shampoo's had been replaced. As well as the coffee pot cleaned and a new stock of coffee supplies left. That to be honest with you wasn't a problem, getting into an unmade bed saved me a minute or so getting ready to sleep.

I don't even know where to begin. I booked online through hotels.com. This was my first time using them and my last. When I arrived at the hotel, they weren't ready for me to check in, they wouldn't help me out much because they kept saying, "you booked with hotels.com, we can't help you" they didn't have the room I booked available (two beds)...it goes on and on. I ended up on the 5th floor in a room with a king bed and roll-away. The elevator closest to us was broken. The blankets were gross. The blinds had holes from wear and tear and maybe insects eating at them. The breakfast is $3 a person and I wouldn't give this hotel another penny of my money. The ice machines were out. There were no towels in the room and I had to ask three times (finally finding a cleaning woman with towels and convincing her I wasn't going to steal them). The people are seedy (the people staying there and the people working there). We got locked out of our room and when we went to the front desk they said we had 1. checked out 2. never checked in 3. were in the wrong room. Finally we got keys to our room and I was so happy that our belongings were still there. Our room was never cleaned...don't stay here. Spend $10 more a night and stay at the Super 8 right up the road.
