The hotel was in a convenient place off I-70 close to Bass Pro Shops. The check in was fast and the rooms were nice and clean. They had a nice continental breakfast and the staff was friendly. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. Only stayed for one night. We would stay here again. Good price for what they offered and being in Denver.

I stayed here one night with my fiance. We booked our reservation through the Comfort Inn website and got exactly what we booked, which was definitely a plus. Our room was small, a little unclean seeming and in an area that wasn't exactly what we were hoping for.
I couldn't hear anyone in rooms nearby but I also wasn't sure that anyone was in them. When someone walked by we could hear them perfectly from inside the room.
The price was great for being about 10-15 minutes from downtown Denver, possibly less depending on traffic. The free breakfast was better than average and the room had lots of channels and free wireless internet.
However, I still felt that this hotel could have been a much better experience. The room was not as updated as the pictures led me to believe. There was not a mini fridge and all extras were very minimal (no extra blankets, towels, etc.) The bed was pretty comfortable though!

The stay itself was fine. However, after checking out I discovered that I had left several tops and a pair of slacks in the closet. When I called, no one could find them. After 3 phone calls no one bothered to even ask what they were looking for. All I got were several apologies and was asked to consider this an isolated incident and please come back. Oh, and if they happen to come across the items, they will contact me.

I contacted Choice Hotels and only received a computer generated generic letter telling me the hotel was independently owned and operated and they will forward my comments to them. They also provided the same apology and request to consider it an isolated incident.

I will be back in the area several times, but will never stay at this hotel or any other Choice Hotel again.

Arrived around 3pm. Prepaid through Priceline for a room with 2 double beds. They said they had nothing available except king beds, but they would give us a rollaway when one became available. We left for a few hours and came back. They found us a room with 2 doubles on the 4th floor. Hallways were hot and smelled like smoke. Stairwells were the same way. We found out about the stairwells because the elevator kept breaking. The staff knew the elevator was broken but didn't tell anyone or even put an "Out of Order" sign on it. Had to carry luggage up the stairs. Vending machines stole our money. Had to walk down stairs to a different floor to find a working vending machine. At end of stay, they billed my credit card even though we had prepaid. Key cards had to be re-coded several times. Door to hallway was missing the sweep which let smoke smells in. Beds were uncomfortable. The housekeeping staff did do a good job cleaning. That's the only plus.
