Found $107 rate on Hotwire for a Sunday night. Arrived to find large, gracious lobby and friendly staff, who considerately found us a room "high in the tower, with a good view." This put us on the "Starwood Preferred Guest Floor" with great city views. (There was no extra charge from the original rate.) The room was large, with two double beds and a huge bay window. The room had a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was also large, very clean, with new-looking modern fixtures. Starbucks coffee and Tazo tea are provided in the room. Having our small son with us, we checked out the pool, which is small; fortunately it wasn't crowded. The pool deck is very large with lots of lounging furniture, tables etc... would be nice to have cocktails there. In all the guest areas of the hotel, modern decor prevails in cool grays and greens-- very tasteful and soothing. Also, they use a "white tea" fragrance for all their bath products that is absolutely divine (even the lobby smells good). On the negative side, parking is not included in the nightly rate, and the ramp is prohibitively expensive, causing us to use a pay lot one block away. Also, there is no vending... sodas and snacks available at desk for astronomical price. Wi-Fi in the rooms will cost you a "connection fee," as will a local call.
I feel that it was a good value for me, because the rate was so low; but if I had paid $150 or more, the cost of the add-ons would have left me peeved.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We had a renovated room on the 8th floor. This hotel is definitely a large conference type hotel and I have to say I normally hate those types of places. Lobby is quite large, renovated, modern decor, and has free wifi, but you have to pay for wifi in the room. Bar is open late. Quite a few large meetings were going on at the hotel but given it's size you are not inconvienenced and the staff is super friendly. Our room was modern and very clean, nice size and of course the much advertised heavenly bed. Could be a sign of the times, they were stingy with the bath products, we only got one hand cream, one shampoo, one conditioner, and one soap,all mini size during our 3 day stay. Maid service can come anytime between 8-5, we had to call them to make up our room at 4:30 because they had not shown up all day. I would definitely stay here again, better location than the Ritz. If you self-park, it's much cheaper and faster to get your car in and out. Can walk to pretty much anything of importance downtown or take a quick cab ride. Full service starbucks inside the hotel as well the hotel's own restaurant. They have some rooms that have workout equipment inside them, so check them out if you are interested.

Yes, our stay at the Denver Westin Tabor Center was average. It wasn't really bad, just nothing to write home about. The room was quite enough and clean enough and the Heavenly Bed was very comfortable.
We had a yummy lunch at The Palm downstairs and breakfast at the Starbucks downstairs.
I had to call down twice for the rollaway bed we requested prior to our stay.
They didn't do turndown service so I had to call when we returned to the room after midnight and have them send up fresh towels.
My husband and son enjoyed the pool area.
If I had a good deal with my spg points I would stay here again.

I've always liked this property and they have updated the rooms, new furniture and a HD flat pannel tv. It's between the 16th street mall area lodo, so you can walk to both, not to mention connected to the Tabor Center mall. Great staff and accomidatioins.

During my stay they were changing cabel providors and I had no HBO, was not happy about that but it should be a tempory problem only.
