This historic hotel is beautiful and within walking distance of the 16th St Mall, several restaurants and bars. Great Place. I will stay here again. Also, the burgers at Ship Tavern are very good. The meeting rooms are unique

I had a wonderful 5 nights at The Brown Palace Hotel in October. Rich in history (including US presidents), yet complete with modern amenities (Keurig coffee in the room for example) made the stay most pleasant. The staff were most pleasant and accommodating, I would encourage anyone travelling to Denver for any reason to look into staying at The Brown Palace. I look forward to going back!

Room Tip: The higher floors have better views.

My son and I picked the Brown Palace for it's history and it turned out to be a gem! It is within one block of the 16th St. Pedestrian Mall so it is in a great location! The room was spacious, the interior of the hotel is classy and oozes historical charm. They have Piano music in the afternoon in the atrium/bar area with tea and drinks available. They have a great old bar in the hotel and two other restaurants, but we did not get to try them out.

WE couldn't have been happier with this old hotel and it's great location!

My husband and I stayed at The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa for a business trip in October and really enjoyed the hotel. It is a beautifully restored original hotel in Denver that was within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. The dining was excellent and they have 3 different places to eat inside the hotel. There is a piano player in the front lobby most of the time which was really enjoyable to hear anywhere you are in the hotel. We would definiately recommend this hotel for business or for couples. Not so great for kids as there really isn't anything for them to do.

Wonderfully restored classic hotel in middle of downtown Denver. Piano music in the lobby, afternoon tea, and turn down service. Excellent desk and catering service. Convenient walk to 16th Street, Capitol, Coors Field and Museums. Only negative was tiny room with large furniture and lukewarm shower water.

We enjoyed a great weekend at the Palace with another couple. The service and rooms were terrific, although our bath didn't seem to have enough hot water and a bit of a slow drain--relatively minor issues. We loved the interior decor--it's like stepping back in time, though very clean, friendly, and helpful. We were comped for breakfasts and took advantage of that. The concierge was helpful with directions and the center area is just perfect for relaxing, tea, drinks later, or even playing some cards. We'll definitely be back again.

We are so glad to ready that you and another couple enjoyed your weekend getaway with us, and we appreciate your willingness to share your experience.

We are also grateful for your taking the time to recognize the service from our concierge, and are pleased to know you enjoyed the open and welcoming environment of our Atrium Lobby.

I am sorry if any incovenience was caused by the slow drain in your guest room. We do have a preventative maintenance program in place and regret this issue was not resolved prior to your arrival.

We do hope you will come visit us again soon!

A hotel with tons of history (just about every president has stayed here, and so did the beetles), and amazing rooms to match. My wife and I live in Denver and went here for a staycation. The spa is amazing, the rooms are large, and kept in immaculate condition. The staff is overly friendly and will go to great lengths to make your stay perfect.

Ask the concierge to give you a tour of the many famous rooms. It is free and worth it.

My only complaint was that my wife called to ask for a couple wine glasses to be delivered to our room. After 45 minutes we had to call back a second time. After another 15 minute wait we gave up since they never arrived. However, at checkout when we mentioned this problem, the front desk staff took $20 off our total bill to make up for it. Again, I'll say that they go to great lengths to ensure you are happy with your stay.

The price of the hotel can be very expensive depending on when you are staying, but if you can even afford one night in the place, I definitely recommend doing so. I can't wait to go back for another staycation.

It gave us great pleasure to read that your stay with us was highlighted by the tremendous service you received from our staff. We are also pleased to know that you appreciated the spacious room accommodation and pampering Spa while also taking in some of our colorful history.

I am truly sorry, however, that we failed to fulfill your simple request for wine glasses. I am glad our Front Desk team was able to make amends for this inconvenience, and regret that this incident had put a damper on your overall experience with us.

We are delighted to know you are looking forward to another staycation in the near future and we will be awaiting your return!
