Stayed one night because I had a morning flight from DIA. No real complaints- desk staff was pleasant, beds were comfortable, room was quiet, shuttle service was hassle-free and ran like clockwork, right on time. The only small complaint is that the jacuzzi next to the pool was cold. Pool was warm though. If you want to avoid the typical chain restaraunts nearby, there is a fun Italian place across the street. Kind of bizarre and kitschy, but we enjoyed it for that reason (we don't really like the Bennigan's type places). Food was good too.

Having read the recent reviews of this hotel i was anxious about my stay to say the least. I stayed on both my arrival and departure from denver international airport and found the hotel to be exactly what i wanted. The shuttle bus was on time, easily identified and the driver was very helpful. The staff on reception were also very helpful and happy to answer all my queries. The rooms on both occasions were clean and definitely satisfactory and the breakfast buffet served it's purpose. Overall i found that the hotel was excellent for the money i paid and would stay again.

Stayed at the Red Roof Inn at Denver Airport prior to early morning flight. Selected it because it was by far the cheapest price of any hotel in this vicinity, and we just need a place to sleep after a long drive before our trip. Front Desk staff were professional but not friendly, entry floor was dirty (there were a lot of peole in and out). Got to our room to find a hole in the rdoor that was small diameter on the inside and larger dianmeter on the outside, plugged closed with chewing gum. Looked like someone had fired something through the door from the outside into the hall. At least the hole was plugged. Some sort of residue on the wall by the bed that looked like someone had blown their nose in that direction. It made the whole room feel unclean. Not much attention given to cleaning the room, carpet felt dirty.
Could not figure out how to set the alarm clock, so at least the wake up call was on time. This was an adequate place to sleep, but that is about it, and they need to clean and repair much better.

I have stayed numerous times at this hotel prior to flying out of the Denver airport, but the most recent stay in November will be my last. The rooms are basic for an airport hotel, however, upon awakening, we discovered that our room was infested with bed bugs! I still have a welt from a bite. I took several specimens down to the clerk and they did comp our room that night.

However, the response from management afterwards was "yours was the only room infested. We sprayed the room and have taken care of the problem" HA! I itch just thinking about it. I replied that that was an insufficient response, but I never heard from them. So, there are plenty of other hotels in the area, Pick one of them. If you need a clean, bug free budget place, try the Microtel or Days Inn.
