Stayed there one night last week. Nice older property conveniently located to shopping, dining, and Interstate 70. Excellent Breakfast with most everything you might want.

I stayed in this hotel for five nights during February 2003. I have to say this place represents really good value for money. This hotel is classed as a two star and the basic rates are very cheap. I found this hotel to be clean. The staff were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was comprehensive. Although for a few days there was some trouble with the breakfast milk machine, this was one of the few things I and most of the other guests disliked. The basic room I satyed in was just right for me with a tv, coffee maker, hairdryer, alarm clock, bath/shower, a comfortable king bed, oh and an iron! This place has a gym and laundry facility if you need these features too. I have little to fault with the Guesthouse hotel. Considering the basic rate for a room and all what you get for this rate, I was very happy with my stay here. Some might say the hotel is a little out of the way from things, but I think this all depends what you are actually staying in Denver for.
