Could not even stay the night we booked it. Room was smelly and dirty. Stains on furniture. Bed comforter had cigarette holes all over it on a non-smoking floor no less. Also had stains and mold on it. I thought comforters were supposed to be washed after each guest departs. I am not a snob but I expect a clean, comfortable room. I was freaked out at the thought of touching anything let alone the shower floor with my bare feet.

What the overall experience above is you can not change regardless.

UNBELIEVABLE WHAT A HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE! From the moment of checking in (previously arranged with Director of Sales). Rooms were a nightmare, then the trains were heard through the night. Continental Breakfast worse than Waffle House, check-out worse than check-in! One of the 9 rooms had no heat or plumbing,all smoking rooms with pets which we specified not! Truly a dated hotel, 2 million renuvation was unfound. Restaurant up the block from hotel, gapping gashes in wall of room, floor mirror crooked, stains on box springs, NASTY!
Staff was rude and dispondeint. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.. I had 1 hour of rest if that...

nice little hotel for the price. It is older but clean with a friendly smiling staff. Great deal in a convenient location. would stay again.

This place is a total dump!!
We booked online, checked in and went to our room where we found a room with one bed. We had 4 adults in our party so I had reserved 2 beds. I went back to the desk and explained that we had reservations for a room with 2 beds and showed him the comfirmation that clearly said standard room with 2 beds. The man was very rude and said too bad, they only book 1 bed rooms on line. I asked to speak to manager who was every bit as rude as the other man. Thier only solution was for all of us to sleep in one bed. I said screw you and went down the street to the comfort in where we got a nice clean room with 2 beds!
Not only was the staff and manager rude and could not keep the reservations straight, but the hotel was smelly and nasty!!
Never, Never stay here!!!!!!!!!!
