I was very skeptical of this hotel when I read some reviews on this site, but the problems discussion I didn't encounter. I booked the romance package when we got to the room there were chocolate covered strawberries and champagne waiting for us. we got a free movie and free breakfast. The girl at the front desk was so accommodating and upgraded us to a king bed on the top floor looking out onto the mountains. The sleep number beds were very comfortable also. I also loved that this was a nice hotel, but there was NO FEE FOR INTERNET, PARKING (as many cars as you need spots), AND THE ROOMS CAME WITH BALCONIES. Great stay.

I stayed here only one night because I was so unhappy with this hotel. My Internet connection was terrible, I spent an hour on the phone with there tech support and he could not help me. He informed me he would escalate the problem to tech support level two and this person would call me back or he would. Nobody called me. I spoke with a manager who told me he would look into it and leave a message for me. The next day after work there was no messages. I went to the front desk and ask for the manager. I was told this person was in a meeting and check back later. This was not professional, how about what's your name and room and I will have him contact you as soon as he gets out of his meeting. When I finally spoke with the manager, he told me engineering said i should have a signal. Like they didn't believe me. I invited them to my room to look for themselves! This problem was not resolved. He did tell me he contacted the front desk and told them to reduce my room rate from $119.00 per night to $99.00 per night.
On another note room service did not clean my room very good. They didn't vacuum and forgot to leave me coffee. I had to go to the front desk to get it. The staff made me feel like my business was not important to them.
At this point I told the manager I was going to find another hotel. When I checked out they tried to charge me $159.00 a night. I ask them to get the manager that I spoke with. They did and he told them that was correct and only charge me $99.00 per night. The desk clerk attempted to correct the billing but could not because the front desk manager was not there. What an experience. From the time I got there, to the time I left, I was unhappy.

Stayed one night on business at this Radisson.

Pro's, great location, easy to get back to airport with rental car etc., loved the staff, the room, the balcony was huge with nice views to downtown (if facing west), parking was easy.

Con's, rooms are probably too small for a family of 4.. air-conditioner a little on the loud side and startled me when it went on and off.....out of the hotel's control, not a very fantastic neighborhood on the west side back of the hotel...but not a concern while staying there.

Overall, for business, will stay there again, did not sample their food, but will next time, it all "looked" okay. Bartender nice. International flair to hotel with both staff and guests.

The best thing about this hotel was the proximity to the Dick's Sporting Good venue. Despite only being about 2 miles from Dick's, it is impossible to walk there, based on the situation of the hotel, I70 and 270. It was about a $15 cab ride to the venue, which seemed fair.

The hotel was clean and safe. I stayed in a sleep number room and seemed to have some problems with the air conditioning. No matter how cold the air was blasting, the room never quite seemed to cool down. This could have been because I was on the top floor and it was a really hot weekend? Still, it was annoying.

I had a last minute meeting in denver and stayed at the radisson becasue it was close to the freeway. At first it seemed everyone was nice but the next day was when it all started. At breakfast I had the buffett which seemed reasonable. They had fruit flies flying around the cut fruit, and there were ants near the cereal. I told the waiter and he said that it was an ongoing problem becasue "it was that time of season" after my meeting I had a hard time logging on to the internet. I called the front desk and they said for me to call a help line. It was an easy fix through the help line but it took longer then I wanted it to. I was awaken at 12;30am by a an ariline pilot coming into my room. To our suprise he went back to the desk and I called the desk but no one answered. I finally went down to the desk and I got an apology and an excuse about the morning shift not doing their job. I went back to my room which was on the 9th floor and my key didnt work. After going to the front desk to get a new key, they made me feet I was the one who made the key not work. In the morning I spoke to a manager and he listened to my issues he apolagized and gave me that song and dance of thank you for letting me know the issues and with out you letting us know we are not able to fix the problems. Well they have alot of problems that need to be fixed. Stay at another hotel unless you like those ants and differnt people walking in to your room.
