Don't do it. When it comes to mid-range business hotels, this one has to be the worst. buckles in the carpet, outdated decor/ furniture, half used lotion in the bathroom. way over priced breakfast buffet.
Stay at the Hampton Inn.
Expected to get a room near an elevator or ice machine as I got the room for 12 nights at a ridiculously low price thru Hotwire (rental SUV, 12 nights at hotel and flight to Denver from Ohio and back all for under $1200!), but got a great room, great location. Clean, rooms were straightened every day, staff friendly, has great indoor and outdoor pool plus spa pool...fitness room. Very, very nice. Bed was wonderful...wish I could take it home!!!
Very large place. We booked because of the pool for the grandchildren but never found time to swim. Beds were not comfortable. Shower curtain had several rings missing so it was a challenge taking a shower while trying to hold the curtain closed to avoid getting water on the floor. Also the tub was a bit slippery with no safety strips nor rubber mat. Would not select this hotel again.
Our family of 4 stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We chose it because from the pictures it looked nice plus we wanted a pool for the kids. This one had both an indoor and outdoor pool so it seemed like a winner. The indoor pool was quite shallow..just 4 or 5 feet. The outdooe pool was very nice with a 9 ft depth but no slide or diving board. There was an ample amount of outdoor lawn furniture for the guests. There was a towel station however, three times that we went it was out of fresh towels...I called the front desk once to ask for the possibility of replenishing it. The entire pool area AND hotel for that matter could have been kept more clean. A lot of wrappers and other garbage on the floors and hallways. In fact, in our hallway was a tray of leftover food from someone's call to room service that was on it's third day out there! In the bathroom a fan is desperately needed! The mirrors fog up and there is slight mold growing out of the vents. Upon arrival, there is complimentary bottles of water and also your usual shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap etc. The hotel set up itself can be confusing. The hotels structure is made up of towers. This causes you to make sure you are in the correct elevator or else you might not be able to get to your hotel room. We could not use the elevator near the pool because it would not reach our 7th floor. We had to walk down 2 halls and then take the other elevator to our room. A person could get lost until familiar with the layout. The beds were comfortable but small! They were double beds but most places in the midwest that we stay have queen or king size beds. The staff were pretty friendly and it's location is right by the freeway. However, I doubt I would stay there again.
