Stayed at the Four Points for a conference in June. Overall it wasn't bad, but the hotel is definitely showing it's age. The elevators were scary - over the course of 3 days, 3 or 4 different times people from our conference were stuck in them...once requiring the fire department to come get them out. The hotel staff seemed to be good. The only big issue we had was that our door did not close all the way - had to be pulled closed. One day upon returning to our room after the maid service - we found the door to not have been pulled closed all the way. Luckily, the thousands of dollars in electronic equipment was still there...but it could have been disasterous. Ate one night in the Lodge restaurant - and the food was pretty bad and overpriced. Great beer selection though.
I do agree with the review of the beds...very comfortable. Internet access was generally ok. We stayed on the 9th floor and had a view of Denver and the mountains. Lots of parking and everything you could need nearby...restaurants, etc. It was pretty easy to get into downtown Denver...as long as it was not rush hour. I might stay there again - and recommend it as long as you know what to expect.

Absolutely nothing to complain about -- this is a top notch place. I stayed four nights, and was especially impressed by one thing in particular. I was there with a large group, and we had a banquet for over 500 people the last evening. Much to my amazement, the food was perfectly delicious, perfectly prepared, and served with such dispatch that there wasn't a grumble to be heard.

The location is good, as well. Near a major interstate exit, and a short walk to the light rail station.

Booked through Priceline and got at $80 a night. Could've gotten cheaper but I don't want my company to think that has become my standard! This is half what I usually pay for a room on business, so it was a good deal to them.

Location: Good. Right off I-25. Noodles & Co. across the street for a quick dinner and a Starbucks across the highway for breakfast.

Parking: Lots of it.

Room: Decent. Clean. Bed was very nice & comfortable. View was of the other ugly building. The bathroom was PATHETIC. Thankfully, I'm not chubby - cuz you'd have to go in sideways. I can reach the drop ceiling in the bathroom w/ no effort & about hit my head in the shower on the ceiling. It's like the bathroom in an RV.

Lobby: Odd. Bricks - arches - weird feel. Definitely felt like it was time to freshen things up. The outdoor pool wasn't open. Or, if it was, someone had just shaved all their body hair and thrown it in to settle at the bottom.

Overall: I survived. Had a nice gym & pool area (full of kids - ick) and the restaurant looked decent. Internet connection was fine - not particularly hi-speed, but sufficient. I would stay there again if I had to, but next time will stay somewhere else.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel.

We felt we had the best room in the hotel with a great view of downtown Denver and the Rockies. The location was very convenient for us, clost to family in the area, right off the freeway and close to many conveniences. Here's a shout out to the Whole Foods on E. Hampden!

We found our room to be quite comfortable and like many others, loved out bed. We found that the hotel provided for all our needs including bath amenities and a bottle of water every day.

While all of this was great, it was the friendliness of the staff which really helped make this "home". The dining room staff was friendly and quick to acknowledge returning guests. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating and made our stay stress free. Each day, our housekeeper folded our towels in several different ways, never the same way twice. It was a whimsical, personal touch.

We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely return.
