We were very happy with our stay at this hotel.

We felt we had the best room in the hotel with a great view of downtown Denver and the Rockies. The location was very convenient for us, clost to family in the area, right off the freeway and close to many conveniences. Here's a shout out to the Whole Foods on E. Hampden!

We found our room to be quite comfortable and like many others, loved out bed. We found that the hotel provided for all our needs including bath amenities and a bottle of water every day.

While all of this was great, it was the friendliness of the staff which really helped make this "home". The dining room staff was friendly and quick to acknowledge returning guests. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating and made our stay stress free. Each day, our housekeeper folded our towels in several different ways, never the same way twice. It was a whimsical, personal touch.

We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

The hotel staff is nice, but the rooms are in very poor condition and the hotel is quite dirty. The first room I was placed in had peeling wallpaper and mold growing out from the air vent. I was given a new room and the front desk was very friendly about it, but the next room had dirty bed linens (as in crusted on to the blanket). In the end I had to check out early as these things kept happening. I am not a very picky traveler and I have never had a hotel experience like this before.

I really liked this hotel a lot. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. I would absolutely recommend it.

Nice hotel, we have stayed here before and had a wonderful room. But this trip was not the case. We were put in a room that must have been directly underneath a stair case because thats all we heard all evening and into the late night was people stomping up stairs. The wall dividing the bathroom and sleeping area looked like it had water damage and the floor in fact was wet below the vent on the wall. We notified the front desk. We didnt hear back, however we were not in the room most of the evening. I would stay here again but will be more specific about where my room is. I wonder if booking my room through hotwire had any effect on why I got this substandard room?
