I'll just list the reasons why this places is horrible.

1) gas leak = evacution of building (ok, it happens). But we could smell the gas each day we were there and then when we were checking out, they said we had to evacuate and no cars could leave. Geez, it took you 4 days to figure out something was wrong when we were complaining the whole time.

2) Conceirege?? I think the web site says it has a conceirege. Let me set the record straight. No. They have front desk clerks that can help you in recommending a restaurant, or give you directions to downtown, but conceirege, someone who makes things happen for you, that they do not have.

3) Rooms are fine.

I was disappointed though, I have always thought Sheratons to be in the higher-quality hotel list, but this recent stay will surely bump them off that list.

We selected this hotel by the Sheraton name. The rooms were an average business-class, but with poor housekeeping. One morning I wasted powder on the carpet in the main room. Even though the bed was made up, the powder was still on the floor when we returned in the evening. The beds were nice, but too soft for me and my back hurt the entire 4-day stay. The hotel does not have any type of bed board for those who need a firmer bed. My husband did not have a problem with the bed.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and always courteous. The rooms need renovation and a thorough cleaning, especially the bathrooms. Part of the countertop was only partially connected and there was slight mold around the tub edge (caulking). Curved shower curtains were nice. I just expected more from a Sheraton hotel. I guess this is why my husband usually stays at the Westin.

One good feature of the hotel was it's cental location. It was easy to get to other areas of Denver area and sightseeing to other cities. It is located off I-25.There is construction around the area, but nothing that interfered with our navigation.

We just returned from a local trip to Denver for the Labor Day weekend where we stayed for 3 days and two nights at Four Points by Sheraton Denver Southeast. We chose this hotel because of the ratings and it had heated indoors and out door pools and a Hot tub. Also, we wanted a suite with two rollaway beds for our two teenage kids. We were very disappointed. The suite was too small for two rollaway beds so the kids had to take turns sleeping in one rollaway bed and a couch. The indoor pool wasn’t heated it was Ice cold. The hot tub was a little warmer than ice cold but was full of kids with dirty diapers and it was never cleaned out or heated the 3 days we were there. The outdoor pool was the only pool that was heated but was closed to guest for a private birthday party the first day. After the party, the pool was so low; they had to add so much water that it never was warm again before we left. The one nice thing I can say is the front desk staff and Concierge Service was courteous. I could not speak the same language as the rest of the staff, so I do not know if they were being courteous.
