Not exactly the nicest hotel out there, but is decent for the price. Our company had a corporate rate there (<$100) so you get what you pay for.
Hotel looks very dated as most people have mentioned, and could use a little rejuvenating to make it look a little more modern. Elevators are really slow (they had 3 elevators, but we had to wait over 5 minutes for one) so look for a lower floor room so you can take the stairs.
Rooms were alright, although they too could use some work. The carpet in my room was creasing and the toilet had a very small leak that left a small puddle on the floor during my stay. Beds and linen were alright and about on par with hotels in this range. The place seemed to be clean and not too noisy.
It's somewhat convenient being close to the light rail (walking distance - about 5-10 minute walk from the hotel). There's a King Soopers supermarket across the road and transit can take you downtown, or to Park Meadows mall via the light rail.
It's a pretty decent place if you need somewhere to sleep for the night without breaking the bank. If you're looking for luxury and nice rooms, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
